Patches?: I am not sure what you mean by "vitamin deficient patches" but if you are referring to skin lesions that might be related to nutrient deficiencies, the most common cause is lack of essential omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids and zinc deficiency. Fruit is not a good source of fatty acids or zinc.
