LOADED QUESTION ?: Depending on your diet, if you are maintaining a good diet with mainly fruits, grains, nuts, vegetables and staying away from the fatty foods, heavy sugars, not smoking or consuming alcohol. You are probably getting most of your vitamins in their original form and ok. Unfortunately most the civilized world has a highly refined food diet which strips the natural vitamins from our food.
