Abnormal: If your six year old has blood sugars as you reported he probably has diabetes. He needs to see a physician and maybe will need to start treatment.

He has diabetes: Not enough information to tell if he has early type 1 diabetes or diabetes type 2, like adults get, but at a very young age. Must be seen by pediatrician soonest, to help him get treated early, to prevent his presentation with acute hyperglycemia that might be life-threatening.
