See a doctor: Your symptoms sound pretty extreme, and it looks like you've had an endometrial biopsy, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, fibroids, and migraine. The best option might be to stop your periods altogether using hormonal birth control of some type. Menstrual migraines can be very painful, and can cause some of those symptoms you feel. You might consider seeing a neurologist for the migraines.

Always happen?: Obviously those are not symptoms one should have everytime they have a menstrual cycle. Birth control may help to regulate hormonal changes.
