6 weeks: It depends on the severity of the tear, the tightness of your knee, the presence of any additional problems in your knee that could not be addressed arthroscopically, and what, if any, additional work was done at the time orf your surgery. Typically you'll recover 15% to 20% per week for 5 to 6 weeks.
