I think Tai chi: If you're looking for another way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (tie-chee). Tai chi is sometimes described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body. Originally developed in ancient china for self-defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and improve movment.Thanks.

Straight leg easier: When walking, place your foot in front of your body, landing on the outer heel of your foot. Your foot should land on either side of an imaginary line, and your toe should be pointed at 45 degree angle from the ground. Land with your leg straight, and keep it straight until after the leg has passed behind you. When your leg is behind your body, push off with your big toe forcing your body forward.
