What causes white bags under the eyes? under my eyes i have really pale white bags, they are especially noticable in the morning.

Sinus or allergies: Clear or pale bags are usually from sinus issues or allergies. Worse in the morning, then as you stand up and walk around, gravity pulls the fluid out and they flatten a little.
