Hi, ive been seeing weird particles in my eyes when i look at the sky/pale background and im just really worried about it. when i squint, it gets more clear and more show up. should i be worried?

"Floaters", caused when tiny filaments supporting the vitreous humor break, are common. However, there are other causes of visual phenomena. Therefore, it's best to see an ophthalmologist (eye surgeon) to evaluate and determine the cause of one's specific visual image of concern.
