A member asked:

1. how to have a steady blood sugar level all day and don't feel spaced out due low b.sugar? 2. just remembered about glycimic index, any connection?

Go for lower GI food: The lower the glycemic index, the less your blood sugar will swing up and then down. Here's a good search engine: http://www.Glycemicindex.Com/foodsearch.Php and it's in a superb website that can guide you to GI mastery! but generally, the more "complex" and starchy a carb is, the lower its gi.
