See dermatologist: Might be due to some kiind of reaction either to a medication or so etching taken orally, or reaction to something in the environment, or underlying medical problem. See your doctor or dermatologist for possible biopsy to make diagnosis.

Hi. The tops of my feet and my ankles are extremely itchy. Its a red rash, no bumps, just small red dots that breaks out on my skin. Really uncomfortable. It tends to flare up at night. I took some photos if there is a need for it.
