No: The knee may feel better if it is slightly flexed, but there is no one position that would be ideal for everyone because not all tears occur in the same place in the knee. You can have a tear in the front and/or back of the medial and/or lateral meniscus. Even if there was one "best" position to sleep in, it is unlikely that you would stay in that position all night after you fall asleep.
