A member asked:

I tore my meniscus a year ago and the pain and discomfort is keeping me from sleeping?

I was kicked in the side of my left knee, but I feel tingling and the feeling that my leg and foot go to sleep. Also when I put ice pack on it (not directly on skin) it feels like a stinging sensation. Could this be a bad tear in my meniscus?
