Probably: If your ophthalmologist says so, then 'yes.' pcos has no bearing at all on refractive surgery.

In Most cases: In most cases of pcos, lasik is possible. What you should look at is the rest of the picture for example being a female if you are over 40, you have a higher chance of dry eye and hormonal disturbances from pcos can further aggravate the situation. Lasik by virtue of cutting the corneal nerves while making the flap can increase the chances of dry eyes. Laser prk/asa could be better for you.
