It depends on the reason for the farsightedness. If the farsightedness is the result of a cornea issue, then this surgery may be an option. But, if the farsightedness is due to a lens issue, then this surgery is not a good option. You should see an eye doctor who does this procedure to find out if you are a good candidate.
