NAFL: Non alcoholic fatty liver should not be the reason for these acute symptoms, if you know you have nafl then you had ultrasound and you possibly do not have gall stone and then cholecystitis also should not your issue. But possibly there are some condition that might be a reason for an er visit, such as appendicitis, which in some cases pain is not on right lower abdomen. If you feel very sick and.

Right Sided Abd Pain: For persistent or worsening symptoms , evaluation in urgent visit or er may be appropriate. Gallbladder disease should have been detected by ultrasound assuming you have had one. Right sided abdominal pain with nausea following meals is consistent with gallbladder symptoms. If symptoms are not particularly severe, initial evaluation by your primary doctor should be done.
