Strattera (atomoxetine): Gi side effects often resolve - but not always. Talk with your doctor about split dosing or taking with medication. Taking probiotics often helps.

Common side effect: This is a very common side effect of strattera (atomoxetine). Try taking the medication with food. If it does not get better after a 5 - 7 day period, i suggest discussing this side effect with your physician. You may need a different medication.
