I have pain on top of head, radiating to left temple, above my nose and around the eyes. left eye is teary, both eyes puffy. any idea of cause?

See below: Possibly a sinus infection. See pcp for full evaluation & treatment. Nsaid (advil/motrin/ aleve) may lessen pain & fight inflammation. Decongestant (caution of you have high blood pressure) like sudafed can help relieve sinus pressure. Doc can determine whether antibiotics are necessary.
