A member asked:

Cause of severe front right localised head pain? occurs avg 20 times a day lasting 5-15 mins. not to do with eyes or stress. mri clear. relief ideas?

See neurologist: Do you have eye redness or tearing or nasal stuffiness on the right? Normal MRI suggests that this isn't anything dangerous, so I suspect paroxysmal hemicrania. The duration of 5-15 minutes and frequency of 20/day is atypical for cluster headache, migraine, primary stabbing (ice pick) headache, SUNCT/SUNA, trigeminal neuralgia, but all on DDx. For paroxysmal hemicrania indomethacin is treatment.
