As I was fallin asleep , I felt my shoulders jerk . I also have ear ache in R ear. & ache in bk of head.had off & on ache above brow , gone now ideas?

Everyday I wake up with a stiff, tight neck and a sore area on the upper right side of the back of my head. The area doesn't hurt, it just feels dull, achy, and sore to the touch. The neck stiffness lasts all day. Any ideas?
