Seroquel (quetiapine): Has a very low potential of eps or tardive dyskinesia.

Not much: Seroquel (quetiapine) reportedly has a bit more in the way of antidepressant effect and a bit less weight gain. On the whole though neither is free from the possible eps effects. To best advise though the specific indication for the antipsychotic would have to be known. While there is certainly a place for thee medications they also, in my opinion, are used more than necessary.
