Reg. or XR? Dx's ??: Seroquel (quetiapine) reg. Half-life is 6-7 hours and xr is 7-12 hours. The half life means if you take 100mg, the time it takes for approximately half the dose to remain in your system. This assumes no liver or kidney problems or interactions with other medications which may speed up or slow down the process. Thus in 6-12 hours 50mg, then 25mg, etc. Do nothing w/o dr. Supervision! adhd/halluc, very serious. Dx's?

Couple of days: Seroquel has a relatively short half life of 6 to 7 hrs, so it should be gone by now. If you had weight gain with seroquel, then it's almost a certainty that you will also gain weight with zyprexa. Least likely in class of medications to cause weight gain is Abilify and perhaps latuda (lurasidone). Suggest you discuss options further with your provider, especially since you seem to be on a very complex medication regimen. Avoid alcohol.

5-7 days: The pharmacology of this drug plus the fact you are currently on zyprexa which inhibits seroquel (quetiapine)'s metabolism a bit would suggest that if you've been on the seroquel (quetiapine) for any length of time...It will take about 1 week to wash out assuming you only have the zyprexa onboard.
