Actually opposite: Zyprexa (olanzapine) is a bit more likely to cause prolactinemia than seroquel (quetiapine) and both are more likely to cause it than Abilify (aripiprazole) that is far safer in many respects than zyprexa that is most likely to cause serious weight gain and diabetes.
