No botox pregnant: Avoid Botox if you're pregnant. Don't chance anything on your baby for an elective cosmetic treatment. That said, there have been no reports of which i'm aware that conclude that babies born to mothers who had Botox had problems. It hasn't been studied so no one can approve it.

Probably: I have injected several patients during their first trimester, second trimester, and third trimester of pregnancy and they all had full term pregnancies with normal childbirth and healthy babies. There are no studies that prove Botox is safe in pregnancy but i don't think it's unsafe either. I have no problem injecting people who are pregnant.

Unknown: The research has not been performed, and for good reason. Nobody wants to risk a child's health and development for the cosmetic benefit of the mother. It is not recommended that you have Botox treatments while pregnant or trying to become pregnant. Don't risk it.

Probably, but don't: The only thing i would add here is that, while I do not offer Botox injections to patients who are pregnant, and i suggest you avoid it if you are or may be pregnant, if you find out later that you were pregnant when you had your Botox injections, i don't think you should worry too much about it as it is very unlikely that there will be any ill effects; it just hasn't been studied.
