Probably safe: Botox is injected locally and externally, and is unlikely to have a drug-drug interaction with drugs ingested into the GI tract, but the end effect of Botox could be accentuated or blunted by medication which can affect the chemical acetylcholine, so check with your docs and have them aware of all your meds.
