No: Can be numerous things. Sometimes if there are some enlarged lymph nodes from various causes, they can become irritated by alcohol. However, it could be related to heartburn. If it is only beer and not other alcoholic beverages, unknown etiology. Maybe cut down on how much you drink. Also any other symptoms, weight loss, night sweats, fever or chills? Hope this helps.

Unlikely: But drinking beer through out the day can cause myocardiopathy, so it is not a good thing to do.

Could be: Alcohol does increase reflux in some people. You should let your friendly primary care physician know of these symptoms.
