These maybe : Two separate issues.Usually rashes in children are benign unless there are other signs and symptoms along with it to make a definite diagnosis. As for diarrhea, no milk products for now and hydrate to replenish lost electrolytes from diarrhea . Take pictures of the rash to show your doctor in case you have to go in and be checked out.
