Not related?: Maybe not lymph nodes? Have the right md check it out. Could be a fibrous change in the nodes that were once enlarged because of the bad teeth.

Internet diagnosis: Unfortunately this is not a question you should look for answer for over the internet. It requires a complete medical and dental history and a one on one clinical evaluation. Having said that, they may not be lymph nodes, other sources of infection, growths, chronically inflamed lymph nodes, normal nodes. Find a doctor who can actually examine you and give you a reasonable answer to your question
