What can i do to avoid a cold before having a rhinoplasty?

Nose Reshaping: The same thing you can do to avoid colds without surgery: healthy diet and lifestyle, frequent hand washing, avoid hand contact with your face, stay hydrated, and get enough sleep.

Be healthy: You should always try to avoid a cold. Wash your hands, avoid sick people, eat well and work out and get enough sleep and avoid stress. All common sense stuff. A mild cold is ok around rhinoplasty time but not a major cold or flu or fevers or cough.

Care: Take care to avoid exposure to sick people, eat well, avoid alcohol and smoking, and follow your surgeon's directions.
