How should i feel 5 days after a rhinoplasty?

Not that bad.....: Five days after rhinoplasty, most patients feel like they have a mild head cold, with nasal congestion and stuffiness. Any headache or pain is generally well- managed with tylenol (acetaminophen).

Pretty good: You should feel somewhat congested, like a head cold. You will also be a little tired from the healing process. Most people take one week off from work or school after rhinoplasty. I recommend 2 weeks of no strenuous activity as well.

Post op rhinoplasty: 5 days after rhinoplasty (if done without septoplasty or turbinectomy) you should be able to go to school, do normal tasks but cannnot do exercise. You might feel mild soreness but no significant pain.

Not too bad.: Puffy & swollen. A little hard to breathe, perhaps. Maybe some bruising near the eyes.
