It is: It is safe to use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide if under the care of a dentist. Remember bleaching teeth that have cavities or are infected can be very deteimental.

Yes: You will not get a great deal of whitening but your gums will feel great.! this is an old method to reduce gum disease.
