I'm 22 weeks pregnant and told i have complete placenta previa. how likely is it that it that a complete previa moves in order to avoid c section?

Unlikely: A true central placenta previa, where the placenta has implanted over the cervix, will not resolve. There is a chance that the placenta is just low lying (next to the cervix) and will "migrate" further from the cervix as the uterus grows.

Unlikely: A complete previa cannot change. A c-section will be required.
