Albumin in urine: If you have Albumin in your urine you should get advice from your doctor on finding the underlying cause. One thing that you can do in the meantime is to reduce your salt intake by avoiding the salt shaker and high salt foods like cheeses, cold cuts, junk food, restaurant food and prepared foods.
