Retin A (tretinoin): Get a prescription for tretinoin and detailed instructions on how to use it & what to expect. You probably also should get an otc cream with salycilic acid.

Couple options: It sounds like you are describing the subtle signs of aging. You may want to start with over the counter glycolic acids or similar products. This may not give you enough results though. Next would be prescription retin a or Renova (tretinoin) or cosmosceticual grade retinol. If still not happy with results you may consider chemical peels or microdermabrasion.
