Yes: If your foot is recovering from an injury it is best to work with a physical therapist for a proper stretching and strengthening program for your foot.

Flexible feet: You can help your feet become more flexible by exercising them with manual manipulation, using balance boards, stretching them with pilates techniques that will also strengthen the muscles in the feet so that they will become more flexible.
