I wore new boots that were tight, no arch support & little flexibility. my feet are in excruciating pain even after icing and tylenol (acetaminophen) for 2 days. help?

Tylenol (acetaminophen): Although is good for pain, it does nothing for the inflammation that is causing the pain. Switch to aleive or advil, (ibuprofen) barring the fact that you do not have any stomach ulcers. Make sure you eat prior to taking these meds. Continue icing and see a podiatrist.
