Epsom salt: And hot water (don't burn yourself) soaks and try Motrin if no contraindication.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): Although is good for pain, it does nothing for the inflammation that is causing the pain. Switch to aleive or advil, (ibuprofen) barring the fact that you do not have any stomach ulcers. Make sure you eat prior to taking these meds. Continue icing and see a podiatrist.
