POSSIBLY: True, your description is rather vague, but lack of flexibility, can affect muscle movement and strength. I take it that you have been evaluated with nerve conduction velocity and electromyography, if those are in fact "clear". This would lead us to believe that through proper stretching and strengthening, you can feel normal again soon. Consider physical therapy. Good luck.

Yes: If you have poor flexibility in your foot/ankle, you are likely to be trying to compensate with your legs, knees, hips and back. Try custom orthotics for stability and physical therapy, yoga and/ or pilates to improve flexibility.

Yes: If u do not have good flexibility it can make ur legs feel tired, achy, and weak. Can u see a physical therapist to improve ur strength? In the meantime u can do the alphabet with your ankles and wear good sneakers with good supports.
