Nose Humps Regrowing: This is somewhat controversial. I believe that nasal dorsal humps do not re-grow after surgery, mostly because i haven't seen it in my own patients nor have i read a study that says otherwise. However, I have had colleagues who i respect say that they are convinced that some of their patients' humps did recur after surgery.

Nasal bridge: The bone cannot grow back (it is rare), however with time the scar tissue can pull the bone in different directions and lead to an appearance of a new bony growth.
