Perhaps: Non-surgical rhinoplasty does not change the nasal architecture, only the tissues above the cartilage and bone. Depending upon where and how the material is injected, it can give the illusion of a subtle upturn of the nose.

Not really: You may be able to inject on the top of the tip to make it look slightly rotated. Yet, a surgical rhinoplasty would give a better, permanent result.

Perhaps a little: You might get a very subtle effect. Not much, plus it would require ongoing reinjection. Better to have surgical correction for permanent results. See a board certified facial plastic surgeon.

It is possible: but less effective and more temporary. I'd be worth a consult with a plastic surgeon
