Complete healing: Evidence of previous fracture may not be visible for various reasons. If you were very young and your growth plates (epiphyses) were open and the fracture was in this area it would be natural that healed fracture was not visible. Also if the fracture was a non-displaced fracture, broke but not out of alignment, then this too might not show once healed. Regardless of reason this is a good thing.
