Tendinitis, ligament: You cd have a muscle / ligament sprain (or partial tear), or a tendon strain or tear. Inflammation of the tendon wd cause tendinitis, which acts up only when the tendon is being used - i.e., turning ur wrist. The exact tendon or ligament involved will depend on what how u injured ur wrist 1 month ago & what movement causes the pain now.
