Get diagnosed first: There are many different forms of foot injuries. I recommend that someone with a foot injury should be seen by orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon for a definitive diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be started. One in your area can be found at www.Aofas.Org.

Watch and enhance.: Although there is not set way of dealing with all foot injuries with one set protocol, I find that recognizing just how the body is responding to the trauma and enhancing it, seems to work great in most circumstances.
