Need physical..: ..therapy or ankle exercises. You likely did not know to do ankle flexibility and strengthening exercises soon after your injury to maintain normal range of motion and muscle fiber conditioning. If you have pain, you may take some anti-inflammatory medicines such as paracetamol or ibuprofen. But ankle conditioning exercises will certainly improve your stiffness.
