Sleep disruption : Sleep disruption is common in adhd, depression and bipolar disorder. All your conditions are associated with sleep problems. First step is to be sure you have normal sleep architecture by having a sleep study done (they're available at home now, so it's easy to do). Then stick to one doctor (hopefully a well trained expert in the field) for the unified treatment of these complex conditions.

Sounds complicated: It is often difficult to differentiate between bipolar disorder and adhd and sometimes you can have both. A good psychiatrist should be able to help you sort this out. 4 different pills sounds like a lot. For either adhd or bpad it is usually possible to treat with 1 or 2 medications.
