Yes, it's possible: Ectopic pregnancy, which is a pregnancy located outside of the normal location in the uterus, is possible after a tubal ligation procedure. However, the risk of any pregnancy, including ectopic pregnancy, is less than 1% (meaning 99 out of every 100 women who get their tubes tied will not get pregnant again, without in-vitro or other special techniques).
