No. But...: Once a pregnancy is established, no period occurs. However, bleeding while pregnant always raises some concerns. Within a topic pregnancy, women usually present with either pain on one side of their pelvis with or without some vaginal bleeding. This bleeding may not be heavy. Bleeding can also occur with the pregnancy in the correct spot. Bleeding while pregnant should always be evaluated.
