You can but not norm: Ectopic pregnancy may still have vaginal bleeding with the pregnancy but not always. This should be evaluated by a doctor.

No. But...: Once a pregnancy is established, no period occurs. However, bleeding while pregnant always raises some concerns. Within a topic pregnancy, women usually present with either pain on one side of their pelvis with or without some vaginal bleeding. This bleeding may not be heavy. Bleeding can also occur with the pregnancy in the correct spot. Bleeding while pregnant should always be evaluated.

Ectopic pregnancy : One of the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy is vaginal bleeding but it is not related to menstruation. It is considered serious because it might be due to ruptured ectopic pregnancy. If you are experiencing bleeding with ectopic pregnancy you should definitely see your Gynecologist
