Yes: Can take many months for things to feel "normal" again, but depends how serious the sprain was. I'd advise strengthening the calf muscles and doing band exercises for the ankles. You can look these up on runners world.Com. Good luck.

Well.....: Not necessarily "normal" but expected. It takes a long time for sprains to heal, and it depends on the severity of the sprain and the post-injury treatment. They should continue to get better with time if they were properly treated to begin with.
