"Lipo Plus": Lipomatic is an ultrasonic liposuction system. I have not used it but I have used similar systems before. I call liposuction modifications using ultrasound and laser "lipo plus." the plus is usually just to the price, but not always to the results. For most people the base technique of tumescent liposuction works just fine in the right hands.

Not new or better!: This is just one brand of power-assisted liposuction. It still involves surgery, and all of the potential risks and complications thereof, particularly if performed by a doctor who is not an abps-certified plastic surgeon! it's not the hammer or chisel that makes one michaelangelo, it's the wielder of the tool! choose your surgeon, not the machine, technique, or "brand" name--it's marketing!

Like any other : There are many devices with catchy names but they all pretty much do the same thing. This one does not create heat damage unlike laser or ultrasonic ones but again, this is liposuction and should be done by a physician who is well trained, know the anatomy, knows the limitations and is board certified in plastic surgery. Complications come from wreck less use.
