Test: One is a semisynthetic drug another one extended release morphine. They are different compounds and will look differently in the urine test.

Pain Meds: I hope I understand your question if not write back. Urinalysis can disclose evidence of disease. Therefore, a urinalysis is commonly a part of routine health screening, not Drugs. A urine drug test detects the parent drug or their metabolites. Oxycodone and MS Contin (Morphine) are both Opiods not Opiates. Opiates are usually tested for in every panel screening test. Opiods only if specified
