I'm constantly nauseated when i eat! is it because my gallbladder is only functioning 15%? had hida scan which showed ejection fraction of 15%

Maybe, but...: Your cck-hida indicates gallbladder dysfunction, which often translates to mean a symptomatic one that warrants surgical removal. There are lots of reasons however for nausea, and you may want to investigate these (or your nausea may persist even if the gallbladder is removed, since it may turn out it wasn't the sole reason for your distress).

Gallbladder disease: When the ejection fraction of the gallbladder is less than 40%, this usually caused by gallbladder dysfunction ( or dyskinesia) which may cause your symptoms.Further investigation is warranted to eliminate other causes of nausea after eating but your gallbladder problem may explain the symptom.
