Call surgeon: Those may be significant post operative symptoms (although we don't know what kind of surgery). If you mean an abortion, then she needs to call the doctor right away.

Call the doc: There is a readily available tablet that dissolves under the tongue that might fit you need.It is a prescription med. It would be reasonable to review the patients status with the doc when you call, to see if s/he feels a re-evaluation is needed.
